I was captivated by the beautifully decorated Chinese-style rooms that gave me an instant 'wow' feeling upon entering. However, the room temperature was challenging to adjust, even with the AC and windows open. Access to the lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea was a convenient perk during my stay.
Staying at the Executive floor of the hotel provided a real sense of 'wow' upon entering the room. The super duty air purifier made my stay much more pleasant. However, cleanliness was a concern with dirty spots in corners, poorly closing bathroom doors, and some drawers that wouldn't open easily.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were top-notch with massage chairs that felt like a luxury touch you'd find in a 7-star hotel. Access to the lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea was super convenient. The service was exceptional, with very helpful and friendly staff who even arranged airport transfers. The location was superb, steps away from Han Street and the beautiful East Lake. The dining offered a variety of Chinese and Western dishes, though the egg station could use more options. Overall, a great value for money with some minor dining room suggestions.

The rooms are fantastic, the staff is extremely helpful and professional, and the convenient access to the lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea was a real perk. The location is fabulous, just a few minutes walk from Han Street entrance, and the hotel is situated in the main shopping district on the scenic East Lake. The dining options are varied with both Chinese and Western dishes, although the pricing could be a bit on the expensive side.
